4 pcs. ---- pork chop (about 1½ pounds)

** marinade **
2 Tbsp -- light soy sauce
1 tsp ---- each, white sugar, corn starch & cooking oil
as needed ----- cooking oil
2 pcs. ---------- yellow onions (sliced)
1 tsp ----------- each, black pepper, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar

starch-water mixture: 2 Tbsp water & ½ tsp corn starch
for garnishing: 1 Tbsp --- chopped green onion.
optional: 1 pcs -- red chile (cut into flower-like form)
