Pork Rolled Onigiri with Asparagus
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 asparagus (boiled)
200g pork belly slices
2 bowls steamed rice
2 cheese slices

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar
Chopped scallions, as needed

PREPARATION
1. On a food wrap, put the steamed rice, the cheese slice (cut into halves), and the asparagus. Roll them all together with the food wrap.

2. Remove the wrap. Wrap the pork slices around the onigiri.

3. Place (2) on a pan. Cook until golden.

4. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan and simmer. Sprinkle some chopped scallions on top.

5. Enjoy!
