Potato Cheese Rolls
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
160g potatoes
1/2 tablespoon flour
Some salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 string cheese

PREPARATION
1. Mix shredded potatoes, flour, and salt in a bowl.

2. Heat a lightly oiled Tamagoyaki-pan. Spread (1) onto the pan and cook both sides until golden and crispy.

3. Place the string cheese on the edge of (2) and roll.

4. Enjoy!
