Serves 8 persons
This super delicious, classic dessert combines a light Chocolate Mousse (without eggs) with fluffy Choux, filled with whipped cream. The decoration is up to you of course, but I used edible flowers and golden leaves, because I prepared it to celebrate my wedding Anniversary!
The recipe can be very easily done with ready made choux, but I do recommend to make your own, by using my recipe, for an amazing texture and taste!
Suitable for lacto-ovo Vegetarians

INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients for the Chocolate Mousse:
600 ml / 2.4 cups Whipping Cream (heavy cream) for the mousse
300 ml / 1.2 cups Whipping Cream (heavy cream) for melting the chocolate
300 gr / 10.5 oz Chocolate, mixed, milk and dark
1/3 cup / 65 gr / 2.3 oz Powder Sugar (icing sugar)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Optional: 1 shot Brandy
Ingredients for the Profiteroles:
16-18 empty, homemade Choux (or bought ready, filled with whipped cream)
Optional: Edible Flowers
Optional: Edible Golden leaves
