A superfood, full of nutrients and great nutritional value, versatile with so many uses for savory and sweet dishes!Pumpkin Preserve is one of them! It is prepared very quickly, since it needs minimal cooking. So it is one of the easiest, from a huge range of spoon sweets with seasonal fruits that we love to eat in Greece! But it has a trick!
