Quail Eggs Cooked with COLA
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
12 quail eggs
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
A
250ml cola
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
Steamed rice, as needed
White sesame seeds, as needed

Scallions (chopped), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cook quail eggs in a lightly oiled pan until golden.

2. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan. Simmer until reduced (almost all liquid is
gone).

3. Place the eggs (2) on top of the rice. Sprinkle with some scallions and white
sesame seeds.

4. Enjoy!
