[email protected]Thanks for watching!See you soon.xoxoJamieon behalf of Spice N' PansIngredients:Serves 6Deep fry then soak chicken feet in ice-water -750g of chicken feet1.5 tablespoons of dark soy sauceBraising the chicken feet12 pieces of Chinese mushrooms1 piece of red fermented tofu 1 tablespoon of sauce from red fermented tofu2.5 teaspoons of sugar 2.5 tablespoons of spicy broad bean paste5 cloves of garlic- minced 1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine or Shaoxing wine1 thumb size ginger - sliced into thin pieces1 piece of chilli padi or birds eye chilliA generous dash of pepperThicken the gravy with some cornstarch solution (you can thicken the sauce per your own preference)
