Roasted Carrots
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 carrot
Olive oil, as needed
Salt, as needed
Grated cheese, as needed
Parsley, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the carrot vertically into 4 equal parts.

2. Place the carrot pieces onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Put some salt and olive oil. Bake in the oven (preheated to 200C/ 392F) for 30 minutes.

3. Add some grated cheese and parsley on top.

4. Enjoy!
