Rolled Candied Sweet Potatoes
Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS
1/2 sweet potato
Frying oil, as needed
A
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Black sesame seeds, as needed

PREPARATION
1. With a peeler, slice the potato. Rinse in water.

2. Pat dry the potato slices (1). Layer two of the slices and roll them together. Skewer 3 rolls. Make 6 skewers.

3. Heat the frying oil in a pan. Fry (2) until crispy and golden.

4. Put all of ingredients A in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for 1 minute at 600W.

5. Pour (4) over the potato skewers (3). Sprinkle them with some black sesame
seeds.

6. Enjoy!
