Salmon Chan-Chan-Yaki cooked in Microwave
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 pieces salmon
Cabbage, as needed
1/3 pack shimeji mushurooms
1/4 carrot (sliced)

A
2 tablespoons miso
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic

5g butter
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.

2. Place the cabbage, the carrot, the shimeji, and the salmon in a heat-proof plate. Pour (1).

3. Cover (2) with a food wrap. Microwave for 7 minutes at 600W.

4. Add the butter and black pepper.

5. Enjoy!
