Seaweed Shabu-shabu
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
Raw seaweed, as needed
Ponzu, as needed
Soy sauce, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the seaweed into bite-size pieces.

2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Lightly boil the seaweed (1) in the pot.

3. Serve the seaweed (2) with ponzu and soy sauce.

4. Enjoy!
