Sesame-Flavored Mayo Pon Chicken Breast Stir-Fry
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast
A Soy sauce - 1/2 tablespoon
A Sake - 1/2 tablespoon
A Mayonnaise - 1/2 tablespoon
Cornstarch - 3-4 tablespoons

B Ponzu sauce - 3 tablespoons
B Sugar - 1.5 tablespoons
B Mayonnaise - 1.5 tablespoons
B White sesame seeds - 1.5 tablespoons
B Ground sesame seeds - 1.5 tablespoons

Green onions - as needed
Salad oil - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and mix with the A ingredients.

2. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the chicken breast coated with cornstarch until golden brown.

3. Cover and steam the chicken breast over low heat for about 3 minutes. Then add the B ingredients and stir-fry, mixing well with the chicken.

4. Serve on a plate and sprinkle green onions on top.

5. Enjoy!
