Banana Fritters
Makes 5 fritters

INGREDIENTS
200g (2 medium-sized) ripe bananas
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
5 tbsp cake flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Salad oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1.Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork until they become a smooth paste.

2.Add the sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the banana paste and mix well.

3.Add the cake flour and mix until the batter becomes smooth. Then add the vanilla extract and mix again.

4.Heat enough salad oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter with a spoon and carefully drop it into the oil. Fry until the fritters become golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

5.Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on a paper towel. Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, if desired.

Note: You can adjust the amount of sugar to suit your taste, and feel free to add more or less cinnamon and nutmeg depending on your preference.
