Singapore Black and White Fried Carrot Cake Recipe #shorts

Savoury fried carrot cake usually eaten as a hearty meal, or as a sharing dish at hawker centres.

Ingredients:
350g steamed carrot cake (homemade or pkt)
4 tbsp pork lard
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Chye Poh (wash to get rid of excess salt)
2 eggs
1 tsp fish sauce
1.5 tbsp Kecap manis, for Black Version (adjust amount to taste)
chopped spring onions
