Serves 3-4 persons
These moreish homemade potato wedges are flavored with my own Greek seasoning mix, for that extra zesty result and are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
In addition to the factors that they are easy to prepare (no peeling) and they taste so good, pls know that potatoes baked with skins are a natural source of fibre.
So what do you do when you crave French fries but want to eat something healthier and avoid frying? Baked potato wedges are your best bet!
Suitable for vegans and fasting.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg / 2 lb smooth Potatoes, suitable for baking, good quality
45 ml / 3 tbsp. Olive oil
15 ml / 1 tbsp. Red wine Vinegar
tsp. Dry Oregano
tsp. Dry Thyme
tsp. Dry Garlic powder
tsp. ground Turmeric
tsp. All-Spice (bahari)
tsp. sweet Paprika
Ground Salt and Pepper
