Spicy Mayonnaise Shrimp
Ingredients
160g small shrimp (boiled and peeled)
8cm Welsh onion
1 tsp sake
salt & pepper
1/2 Tbsp potato starch
1/2 tsp grated garlic
1/2 tsp doubanjiang
2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Directions
1. Add sake, salt, and pepper to the shrimp, stir, then add potato starch and stir to coat.
2. Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan, add garlic, and cook 1.
3. Add and cook the Welsh onion, add doubanjiang and mayonnaise, then stir to coat.
