Spicy Tomato Ramen | Umami Insider

Ingredients:
- ¼ lb Pork Belly
- 1 Scallion
- 1 portion Ramen Noodles
- ½ can Whole Peeled Tomato
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp Sesame Oil (https://umami-insider.store/products/sesame-oil)
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (https://umami-insider.store/products/koikuchi-raw-soy-sauce)
- 1 Tbsp Sake (https://umami-insider.store/products/organic-cooking-sake)
- 1 Tbsp Mirin (https://umami-insider.store/products/organic-mirin-type)
- 1 ½ cup Water
- 1 tsp Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup (https://umami-insider.store/products/100-natural-japanese-ketchup-8-46-oz)
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- Chili Powder, to taste (https://umami-insider.store/products/ichimi-togarashi-japanese-red-chili-pepper-powder-0-42-oz)

Instructions:
1. Chop scallion. Set about 1tsp aside for garnishing. Cut pork belly into bitable size.
2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Add scallions, garlic, and chili powder and cook well.
3. Add pork, soy sauce, sake, and mirin into the pan and cook until pork is cooked.
4. Add water, canned tomato, chicken broth, and ketchup to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the whisked egg and mix well.
6. Place cooked ramen noodles in a serving bowl. Pour the soup. Enjoy!
