Here is what you'll need!

Strawberry Rose Pudding
Servings:

INGREDIENTS:
300ml Milk
50ml Fresh cream
100g Strawberry
20g Sugar
5g Gelatin
1 tablespoon Water

4 Strawberries (for decoration)

PREPARATION:
1. Sprinkle gelatin into water, mix it up, and warm it in a 600W microwave oven for about 10 seconds to make it liquid.

2. Put strawberries in a bowl and crush with a fork.

3. Pour milk, sugar and (2) in a pan and heat over low heat. When the mixture has come to a boil, remove it from the heat, add the fresh cream and the gelatin solution and stir well.

4. Imerse on an ice bath while stirring. When thickened, pour into a container and let it cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

5. Thinly slice the strawberry for decoration. Arrange the sliced strawberries in a straight line while shifting them slightly, and roll them from the end to create a rose shape.

6. Take out (4) from the refrigerator, top with (5) and it's done!

7. Enjoy!
