Stuffed Green Bell Peppers Japanese mom's strategic Recipe to make children eat more vegetables!

Today I am going to be making Japanese stuffed bell peppers, also known as "Piman no nikuzume."

It's a healthier version of Hamburg; you could have meat and vegetable at the same time.

The funny thing about this dish is the combination of the best popular dish, Hamburg, and bell pepper, the worst popular vegetable.

So it's the Japanese mom's strategy to make children eat more vegetables to be healthy.

I used to make this dish for my son to make him eat. www
