Super Easy Chinese Steamed Minced Pork w/ Salted Fish Rice Cooker Recipe

This Minced Pork w/ Salted Fish is a really easy and yummy dish. In fact, it's so simple that I would never order this when eating outside unless of course when craving calls. The best type of carbs to go with this dish is rice. So today were going to show you how you can simply use your rice cooker to cook this dish at the same time while your rice is being cooked. Too easy! No separate steamer required.

Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax

300g of minced pork (use pork belly w/o skin)
2 pcs of salted fish (preserved in oil) -- mix 1 pc into the pork and the other - just leave it whole on top of the pork patty.
1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of low sodium light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1.5 teaspoons of cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
65ml of water
A few dashes of white pepper
1/2 thumb size of ginger - julienne
