Super Easy Szechuan Fish Soup w/ Pickled Mustard Chinese Hot & Sour Fish Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
Serves 4 - 5 pax

550g of sea bass or any light tasting fish (keep bones and head for stock)
Marinate fish boneshead with 2 tablespoons of Chinese wine
Marinate boneless sliced fish with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cornflour and egg white from an egg.

Other ingredients

To make the soup stock
------
Some cooking oil
Marinated fish bones & fish head
15g of sliced young ginger
1.5L of hot water
1 pc of anchovies stock cube

Putting the rest of the dish together
-----
Some cooking oil
15g of minced young ginger
5 pc of bird's eye chill (deseeded and chopped finely)
5 cloves of chopped garlic
200g of pickled mustard greens (sourish type)
Add soup stock
Add sliced fish
