CAMEMBERT CHEESE OKONOMIYAKI
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
150 milliliters water
100 grams flour
100 grams grated Chinese yam
200 grams cabbage
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 slices bacons,cut in half
1 Camembert cheese wheel

TOPPINGS
Okonomiyaki sauce
Mayonnaise
Bonito flakes
Dried green seaweed

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add the eggs and water and whisk together. Add flour and Chinese yam then mix well.

2. Add cabbage and mix it in roughly with a spoon.

3. In a pan, add vegetable oil and heat it over medium heat. Line the slices of bacon on the botto of the pan, then add the wheel of Camembert cheese on top, centered.

4. Pour the cabbage mixture on top of the cheese and place a lid on the pot. Heat it over low heat for 7 minutes to steam.

5. Flip it over and bake it for 3 minutes until cooked well.

6. Place it on a plate and top with Okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Sprinkle bonito flakes and dried green seaweed.
