Sprinkle powdered gelatin into the 2 tablespoons of water, then heat it in a microwave at 600W for 10 seconds until it becomes liquid. 2. Make the panna cotta: In a pan over low heat, add milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Turn off the burner, add the gelatin to the mixture, and stir.3. Move the entire pan into a bowl of ice water and stir with a spatula until thickened. Fill your serving dishes full, then chilli in a fridge for 2 hours. 4. Make the cherry compote: In a pan, add the cherries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice and let it rest for 10 minutes. 5. Once water comes out, heat it over medium heat until boiled, then simmer for 3 minutes. Remove it from the heat and let it cool down. 6.
