Cheese Cake

INGREDIENTS
400 grams cream cheese, softened
300 grams mascarpone cheese
300 milliliters heavy cream
80 grams sugar
13 grams gelatin
3 tablespoons water
Yellow food coloring

PREPARATION
In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of water and the gelatin and mix well. Set aside.
Add the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and gelatin to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Add the food coloring to the blender and blend until mixed well.
Pour the cream cheese mixture in a 15-centimeter (6-inch) springform pan and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Release the springform, then make the holes on the surface by using a melon baller. Slice and serve.
