KOREAN BBQ DON

INGREDIENTS
400 grams pork belly block

Sauce
3 tablespoons miso
3 tablespoons hot pepper paste
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic, grated

500 grams rice
2 pieces green leaf lettuce
100 grams Chinese cabbage kimchi
Sesame seeds, for garnish

PREPARATION
1. Cut the pork belly into 2-cm slices.

2. Heat a pan over medium heat without oil and put the pork belly on it. Cook for 3 minutes until it turns brown and crispy, then turn it over and cook for 3 more minutes.

3. In a bowl, add seasonings to make the sauce and combine them. Pour over the pork belly and simmer to mix.

4. Scoop rice into a bowl and add lettuce, Chinese cabbage kimchi, and the pork belly, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
