The Best Potato Salad
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
3 (300g) potatoes
1/4 carrot
1/4 onion
1/2 cucumber
1 teaspoon vinegar
4 slices ham
1 boiled egg
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Black pepper, as needed
Salt, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot.

2. Boil the potatoes and the carrots (1) in a pot (500ml water with 4g of salt).

3. Drain the water (2) and keep cooking potatoes on low heat. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash. Add the vinegar into the bowl and mix.

4. Slice the cucumber and the onion and rub with salt. Squeeze the water out. Chop the egg and the ham slices.

5. Add mashed potatoes (3) and mayonnaise into (4) and mix well. Add some black pepper on top.

6. Enjoy!
