Tiramisu made with a Takoyaki Maker?!
Servings: 10

INGREDIENTS
150ml milk

A
90g flour
150g corn starch
270g sugar

B
2 egg yolks
300g cream cheese (at room temperature)

C
2 tablespoons instant coffee
100ml hot water
2 tablespoons sugar

Some ladyfinger biscuits
Some cocoa powder

PREPARATION
1. Heat milk in a pot. Turn off the heat right before boiling. Add all A ingredients into the pot and mix. Add all B ingredients and mix well.

2. Mix all C ingredients in a bowl to make coffee syrup.

3. Pour the cream (1) into the takoyaki maker. Dip ladyfinger biscuits in the coffee syrup and place them over the cream.

4. Pour more cream, place coffee syrup dipped biscuits, then more cream to make layers. Cover with food wrap.

5. Refrigerate (4) until solid. Remove from the takoyaki maker. Dust some cocoa powder.

6. Enjoy!
