TKG with Butter
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
5g butter
10g shredded cheese
Soy sauce, as needed
1 bowl steamed rice
Vegetable oil, as needed

*TKG=Tamago Kake Gohan (row egg rice).

PREPARATION
1. Separate the egg into the yolk and the egg white.

2. Whisk the egg white.

3. Pour (2) into a lightly oiled heated pan.

4. Put the butter, cheese, and the egg yolk on (3). Fold in the egg white.

5. Place the egg (4) on the rice. Serve with soy sauce.

6. Enjoy!
