1 200g 1/42cm 80g 2 5g 2 1 1 1 1 1.2.3.4.5.(2)6.===Here is what you'll need!---Tornado OmeletteServings:1INGREDIENTS Chicken rice200g Rice1/4 Onions (chopped)80g Chicken thigh (2cm square) 2 tablespoons KetchupA little SaltA little Pepper5g Butter Omelette2 Eggs1 tablespoon Water1 teaspoon Potato starch1 tablespoon MilkA little SaltA little Pepper1 tablespoon Vegetable oilParsley to garnishPREPARATION1. Make the chicken rice. Put the butter in a skillet and heat over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add the onion and fry. When the onion becomes translucent add the chicken, salt and pepper and cook.2. When the meat is cooked, add the rice, mix it using a wooden spatula, fry, add ketchup and mix until its unified. Remove from heat and place on a plate.3. Make the omelet. Break the eggs into a bowl, mix the water and potato starch and add to the eggs, along with the milk, salt and pepper, and beat with a fork until unified. 4. Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan, heat on medium heat, and pour the egg mix in. When the edge has hardened a little, use chopsticks to go from the end to the center.5. Make a drape while rotating the frying pan slowly, before it is fully cooked remove from head and carefully place on top of the chicken rice (2).6. Finish with parsley topping!7.
