Ingredients:- 7 oz Tuna- 3 Shiitake Mushrooms- 1 White Onion- 3 cup Water- 4 Tbsp Dashi Broth- 1 tsp Ginger, gratedInstructions:1. Thinly slice the onion and mushrooms.2. Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces.3. Add water, dashi broth, and grated ginger into a pot and turn on the heat. Once it boils, add the mushrooms and onions. Cook over medium heat.4. Add the tuna when it boils again, and continue cooking on medium to high heat for about 7 minutes. Remove any foam from the surface.
