Udon Carbonara
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 frozen udon

A
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon grated garlic
30g grated parmesan cheese
100ml heavy cream

100g thick bacon slices
1 tablespoon olive oil

B
Grated parmesan cheese, as needed
2 egg yolks (toppings)
Black peppers, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of ingredients A in a bowl.

2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook bacon slices until browned.

3. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook udon.

4. Put udon (3) into the bowl (1) and mix well.

5. Put (4) onto a plate. Place bacon slices (2) and ingredients B on top.

6. Enjoy!
