Zucchini and Tuna Pasta | Umami Insider

Ingredients:
- ½ Green Zucchini
- ½ Yellow Zucchini
- 1 Canned Tuna in water
- ½ Small Tomato
- ½ Small Onion
- 2 Portions Pasta
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- Parsleyfor garnishing

Instructions:
1. Chop onions, zucchinis, and tomatoes into tiny pieces.
2. Lightly cook zucchinis in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil over low heat.
3. Open canned tuna and drain excessive oil &water.
4. In a large bowl, mix in tuna, onions, tomato, and zucchinis.
5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Rest it in the refrigerator until later.
6. Cook pasta as directed in the box. Drain and cool pasta with ice cold water.
7. Mix pasta and vegetables. Garnish with parsley and serve.
