Ingredients here
2 tubes Egg Tofu
oil for deep-frying
50g sliced carrots
50g sliced canned button mushrooms
150g minced pork marinate with:
1 tsp sesame oil
tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

Sauce:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chili bean paste
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp hua tiao wine (optional)
cup water
3 tbsp oil
30g chopped ginger
20g chopped garlic
10 medium size prawns (shelled)
1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
tsp pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
2 eggs
chopped spring onions for garnish
