Chewy Chinese Beef Jerky Pieces (牛肉干儿) | The Chinese Cuisine

These beef jerky pieces are chewy and flavorful! They are a delicious snack for whenever you're hungry.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- 15g seasoning (lemongrass)
- cooking wine
- soy sauce
- 3 tsp. sugar
- cayenne pepper powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
1. wash meat and cook in pressure cooker, along with cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and seasoning
2. cook on 'meat' for 40 minutes
3. then spread onto a sheet pan and bake for 1 hour at 300 ºF
4. enjoy!
