Chinese Recipe: Seafood Soup or Fish Soup - Singapore style

Seafood soup or fish soup is a very popular Singaporean choice for lunch. If you have been to a foodcourt or coffeeshop in Singapore, whichever stall serves up a nice bowl of fish or seafood soup, a queue is bound to pile up.

The good thing is, with this recipe, you no longer need to queue for a good and hearty bowl of fresh fish soup. Yay!
