Today I want to share my Chopped Tofu Salad. It's a healthy, nutritional and quick summer recipe. You can replace the vegetable of your choice! If you don’t like Kimchi, you can replace it with pickles!

1 firm Tofu (150g/5.2oz)
1 cucumber
2 tablespoons corn
2 tablespoons Kimchi
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon Nori flakes
