Here is what you'll need!

Rich Macaroni and Cheese
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS

100 grams Macaroni
80 grams Cheddar cheese
250 milliliters Milk
1 tablespoon All purpose flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
20 grams Butter

Parsley to top

PREPARATION:
1. Boil 1 liter of water in a pan, season the water with salt, and boil the macaroni for 1-2 minutes shorter than the indicated time on the packaging.

2. Put butter in a frying pan over low heat and when the butter melts, add the flour and brown.

3. When the flour and butter mixture dries, add milk in 2 portions and mix until thicken.

4. Add cheddar cheese and mix until fully melted.

5. Add the macaroni of (1) and mix everything together, taste and season with salt and pepper.

6. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley to complete!
