Creamy Japanese Pudding: A Taste of Japanese Dessert Culture Melt in your mouth!

Today I'm going to be making creamy custard pudding.
Pudding set by gelatin has more Melt in your mouth texture than baked pudding. It's so soft to barely hold its shape in the cup.
Serve with delicate caramel sauce, it makes a great dessert at any occasion.


10 cups Custard Pudding
14g(1 tbs 2 ts) gelatin
6 egg yolks
120g(2/3 cup) sugar
1 ts vanilla
a pinch of salt
3 cups whole milk
11/3 cup heavy cream


Caramel Sauce
1oog (1/2 cup) sugar
a pinch of salt
1 g (1/3 ts) gelatin
1/2 cup hot water
