Enoki and Spinach Mayo Salad | Umami Insider

Ingredients:
- ½ bunch Spinach
- 1 bag Enoki Mushrooms
- 1/2 Carrot

Seasoning:
- 1 Tbsp Ground White Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- ⅓ tsp Dashi Powder

Instructions:
1. Cut the spinach into large pieces. Cut the enoki in half. Chop the carrot into thin strips.
2. Boil water in a pot, and add the vegetables. Once cooked, cool with cold water and drain.
3. Mix the seasonings in a bowl, add the vegetables, and lightly mix. Enjoy!
