Ingredients:- ½ bunch Spinach- 1 bag Enoki Mushrooms- 1/2 CarrotSeasoning:- 1 Tbsp Ground White Sesame Seeds- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise- 2 tsp Soy Sauce- ⅓ tsp Dashi PowderInstructions:1. Cut the spinach into large pieces. Cut the enoki in half. Chop the carrot into thin strips.2. Boil water in a pot, and add the vegetables. Once cooked, cool with cold water and drain.3. Mix the seasonings in a bowl, add the vegetables, and lightly mix. Enjoy!
