In this recipe, they are prepared as a soup, but I am substituting rice with Trahana, and I enrich it with Avgolemono sauce i.e. egg-lemon sauce. A sturdy, winter, comfort, warm, nourishing soup has an exciting new twist! Adding trahana in the soup, brands it instantly a Superfood meal!!
