Happy Halloween! Flesh Face Salad
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1/2 pumpkin
Some mayonnaise
Some salt
Some white pepper
Some prosciutto
2 quail eggs (boiled)
1 black olive
Some corns (boiled)
Some flat noodles

PREPARATION
1. Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a heat-proof bowl and cover with a food wrap. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.

2. Mash the pumpkin while hot. Mix with mayonnaise. Season with salt and white pepper.

3. Shape the mashed pumpkin (2) into a skull.

4. Place corns as teeth, qual eggs and the olive as eyes.

5. Cover the skull (4) with some prosciutto.

6. Place some flat noodles as mummy bandage wrap.

7. Enjoy!
