Healthy Orange Fruit Leather (橘子果丹皮) | The Chinese Cuisine

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large oranges
- 1 tbsp. sugar (ours was quite sour with just 1 tbsp. sugar)

DIRECTIONS:
1. cut oranges into small pieces
2. put in blender with sugar and blend until smooth
3. put blended oranges into a pan, and cook on low heat until it becomes less liquid
4. pour onto baking sheet and spread into thin, even layer (not too thin or it will become crispy and crack)
5. bake for 4 hours at 170 F
6. serve and enjoy!
