She wants to re-create lawson's cake roll, and I tried my best to re-create at home. The procedure is not the same as ordinary cake roll, but I am sure this is a hit.

30 ×30 cm Baking tray
〈Cake batter〉
36g unsalted butter
48g all-purpose flour
8g cornstarch
60g whole milk
5 egg yolks
3 egg whites
80g sugar
〈whipped cream〉
200g heavy cream (40% fat)
15g sugar
2g gelatin +1 tablespoon boiling water
