HOW TO: Cook Chickpeas in Pressure Cooker (Garbanzo Beans) | The Chinese Cuisine

For the best tasting chickpeas,
1. soak dry uncooked chickpeas in water over night
2. add salt to pressure cooker
3. add in chickpeas
4. submerge in water
5. cook on 'beans' or high pressure for 30 minutes.
