How to make KUZUKIRI | Clear and Translucent Noodles| Japanese Summer Dessert | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making Kuzukiri.

Look at these beautiful transparent noodles.
It looks like noodles, but this is a unique summer treat for us.

Nara prefecture, where I live, is famous for its high-quality Kuzu, known as Arrowroot.

Arrowroot is One of the starches that thicken up the liquid as well as corn starch and potato starch.

Kuzu has a unique bouncy and gooey texture and a natural sweetness to it, making Kuzu so different.

Give it a try and experience special treat!
