Today I'm going to be making Pizza Man, Pizza flavoredSteamed pork Buns.
It's a Japanese convenient food staple and I'll remember the pizza man was invented when I was a junior high school student. (I was a basketball player!)

It's like a revolution for the younger generation who always needs energy and is always hungry!

・dough
250g all-purpose flour
12g sugar
3g salt
3g paprika powder
3g baking powder
3g instant yeast
150g water
12g lard

・filling
＜tomato sauce＞
200g onion
400g crushed canned tomato
↓
100g tomato sauce
100 ground pork
2g salt
0.5g oregano
a dash of garlic powder
