How to make SABA no MISO-ni さばの味噌煮 | Mackerel simmered in Miso sauce (EP 243) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making, Saba no Miso-ni, mackerel simmered in miso sauce.

It's a typical taste-of-mom's-cooking, but served at many Japanese restaurants as well.

Miso masks the fishy smell and makes it so delicious, so it's good for a person who is not very fond of fish.

・4 servings
1 mackerel (2 fillets)
30g ginger
1 long green onion
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Sake
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons Miso (yellow)
1 tablespoon Mirin
