HOW TO MAKE VEGAN TONKOTSU RAMEN |Quick summer recipe (EP291) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I am going to be making Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen.

We all love Tonkotsu Ramen, but it's high in calories and fat, so we can't eat it quite often.

So I make a healthier version of Tonkotsu Ramen with a spicy soy meat topping.

If you make the topping beforehand, it will be ready in less than 10 minutes.

"Nikumiso" spicy miso vegan meat sauce
200g plant-based ground meat
20g ginger
20g garlic
1 ts Doubanjian
1 ts vegetable oil
1 tbs red miso
1/2 tbs sugar
1 tbs Sake
1 tbs Mirin
2~3 tbs water
1 ts sesame oil

Vegan Tonkotsu Soup
300ml soymilk
1 ts vegetable soup powder
1/3 ts salt
pepper to taste

1 serving Chinese noodle
spinach, long green onion for topping
