Immunity Boosted Herbal Tea | Immunity Boosted Kadha | Green Tea | Decoction | Atima's Kitchen

With the ever-rising need to boost one’s immunity, especially in the prevailing scenario, I have devised a recipe in the form of Herbal tea, which is a fantastic immunity booster.

Ingredients:

½ tsp. Black Salt
½ tsp. Dry Ginger Powder
½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp. Black Tea Leaves
½ tsp. Big Fennel Seeds
¼ tsp. Long Pepper Powder (It cleans spleen and Liver and it is good for managing asthma and weight.)
½ tsp. Caraway Seeds
Honey or Jaggery (as per taste)
Lime Juice (as per taste)

Method:
We have taken everything in ½ tsp. quantity but long pepper powder is just ¼ tsp. for 2 Cups of tea.
How to prepare:
Boil 3, 31/2 cup of water in a pan. When water starts boiling, add this mixture to the water, You can add cinnamon too. Let the mixture boil for 10-12 minutes on low medium heat, till it reduces to 2 cups. Remove the concoction from the heat, add honey (or jaggery) and Lime juice as per taste. Drink this concoction hot.
