Ebi fry is a popular Japanese dish that is breaded and deep-fried shrimp.
The deep-fried dish is our favorite as you saw in Tonkatsu and Crockett.

Commonly the shrimp is coated with flour and egg wash and Panko breadcrumbs but I always make batter for deep-frying to make a light and crunchy exterior.

And I also showed you how to straighten the shrimp. If you straighten up the shrimp the shrimp will come up and it doesn't hold its shape.

Step by step instructions for beginners.

・Ebi-fry
200g shrimp
salt and pepper
all- purpose flour to dust
【breading batter】
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1egg white
Or 1/2 egg
2 to 3 tablespoons water

Oil for frying
1 cup Panko

・Tamagoyaki
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon Mentsuyu
1/2 tablespoon potato starch
1 tablespoon water


・sauteed shimeji
・buttered asparagus
・Sauteed red bell pepper
・lettuce leaves
・Rice
・lettuce leaves
